This tool generates a direct download link for box files. The generated URL downloads the file immediately without having to click a confirmation "download" button.

Click Share, and turn on

Make sure permissions are set to

"People with the link can view & download"

​

Double-click the file (unless you are already viewing the file)

Copy the URL in your address bar. It should look like this:
